Allu Arjun is a popular South Indian film actor who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. Besides being a brilliant actor he’s also a superb dancer who can mesmerize the audience with his brilliant dance moves. His fans lovingly call him by the name ‘Bunny’, or  ‘Stylish Star’. He is also a well-known star in Kerala and the actor enjoys a massive fan following in this state besides Andhra. You would be surprised to know that all movies of Allu Arjun’s have been dubbed into Malayalam except for Gangotri which happens to be his first film.

Allu Arjun’s Early Life:

Allu Arjun was born on Friday, May 20, 1983, to Allu Aravind and Nirmala in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He’s has a very strong filmy family background and his family tree includes legendry actors like Allu Ramalingaiah who’s his grandfather and he’s also the nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi. His father, Allu Aravind is a topmost Indian film producer and produces films under the banner of Geetha Arts and his mom Nirmala is a homemaker.  He has two brothers, an elder brother named Allu Bobby and a younger brother Allu Sirish

Arjun completed his schooling at St. Patrick School, Chennai and he completed his graduation in BBA from MSR College, Hyderabad. Since from a very young age Bunny wanted to be an actor and Megastar Chiranjeevi has a great influence on him

Allu Arjun’s Acting Career:

Allu Arjun made his debut in the Tollywood film industry as a child artist by acting in the film ‘Vijetha’ starring Megastar Chiranjeevi. He also appeared as a child artist in the super hit film Swati Mutyam starring Kamal Hassan. At the age of 18, Bunny again appeared in a Megastar Chiranjeevi’s film titled ‘Daddy’.

Allu Arjun’s Gangotri:

Allu Arjun got his first debut film in the lead role in 2003 with the film “Gangotri“, directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. This film also happens to be the hundredth film of K. Raghavendra Rao as a director. The film did good business at the box office with the critics and audience praising Arjun’s performance.

Allu Arjun’s Arya:

In the year 2004 Bunny collaborated with director Sukumar for the film titled ‘Arya’. Upon its release, the film was a box-office hit. The plot revolves around Aarya, an outgoing and free-spirited boy falling in love with Geetha who is on the shield of another person Ajay. The film received extremely positive reviews and was commercially successful.

Bunny next acted in several superhit films Bunny (2005) & Happy (2006).

Allu Arjun’s Desamuduru:

In the year 2007, Bunny collaborated with director Puri Jagannadh for the film titled ‘Desamuduru’. Upon its release, the film went on to become critically and commercially successful with grossing of Rs.19 Crore and a share of Rs.15.50 Crore in the first week of its release. He also made a guest appearance in Chiranjeevi’s film, Shankardada Zindabad which was also released in the same year.

In the following years, he starred in many successful films like Parugu (2008), Julayi (2012), Race Gurram (2014), S / O Satyamurthy (2015), Rudhramadevi (2015), Sarrainodu (2016), and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020).

Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo:

In the year 2020, Bunny collaborated with director Trivikram for the film titled ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’. The film opened to positive reviews, with critics praising Allu Arjun’s performance, and with a gross of ₹262.05 crores, the film went on to become one of the highest-grossing Telugu films.

Allu Arjun’s Upcoming Film:

The first part of Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil’s upcoming movie Pushpa is expected to hit theatres on Christmas this year.

Allu Arjun’s Family:

Allu Arjun tied the knot to the love of his life, Sneha Reddy, in 2011. The couple is blessed with two children, daughter Arha and Son Ayaan.

Allu Arjun’s Net Worth:

Allu Arjun’s net worth is estimated to be over Rs 180 crores.
