The 1000 Crore Club is an informal name given by the Indian cinema trade and the media to films in the Indian language that have made 1000 Crore INR, in India or elsewhere in the worldwide.

Based on conservative worldwide box office figures as provided by reliable sources, this list ranks the highest grossing Indian films across all languages. There is no official system for recording the numbers earned at the domestic box office in India, and Indian websites that post statistics are regularly pressed to enhance their estimations of the domestic box office.

Here are the movies that have crossed the 1000 Crore INR mark.

RRR (₹1,200 crore)

RRR is a Tollywood action, drama, and biographical film directed by SS Rajamouli. It is also known as RRR: Rise Roar Revolt, Roudram Ranam Rudhiram, and Roudra Rana Rudhira. Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and Alia Bhatt play the key characters in this film. The film will be released on March 25, 2022. From India to the rest of the globe, RRR is available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

K.G.F: Chapter 2 (₹1,250 crore)

KGF: Chapter 2 is another name for KGF. Prashanth Neel’s Chapter 2 is a Sandalwood action film. Yash and Sanjay Dutt play the lead roles in this film. The film will be released on April 14, 2022. K.G.F: Chapter 2 is now available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi from India to the rest of the globe.

S. S. Rajamouli co-wrote Baahubali 2: The Conclusion with V. Vijayendra Prasad. Arka Media Works’ Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni produced it. The film was filmed in Telugu and Tamil concurrently at Tollywood, India’s Telugu film centre. Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishna, Sathyaraj, Nassar, and Subbaraju star. It’s the sequel and precursor of Baahubali: The Beginning. The film is set in mediaeval India and explores the sibling rivalry between Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva. Amarendra’s son avenges him years later.

Dangal (₹2,112 crore)

Dangal is a biographical sports drama film released in 2016 by The Walt Disney Company India and directed by Nitesh Tiwari with production help from Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, and Siddharth Roy Kapur. Khan portrays a pehlwani (amateur) wrestler who trains his daughters to become India’s first professional female wrestlers. The film features a number of newcomers, including Zaira Wasim and Suhani Bhatnagar as the younger versions of Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, as well as the Phogats’ mother, Sakshi Tanwar, and their cousin, Aparshakti Khurana.
