According to the authorities, Veena’s son killed her over a property dispute.

Nilu Kohli, who was shocked by the loss of her friend and colleague, turned to Instagram to share the details of the legendary actress’s horrible murder by her own son. According to Nilu’s Instagram post, Veena was killed after her son beat her on the head many times with a baseball bat in a fit of fury. Veena died as a result of her injuries.

Nilu goes on to say that Veena’s corpse was discarded in the Matheran river near Raigad in Maharashtra by her son. Veena’s son in the United States had a feeling something was amiss and promptly informed police in Mumbai, where the accused was detained and questioned.
During the questioning, the accused admitted to the Mumbai police that he planned to steal a Rs 12 crore plot from his mother, which sparked an altercation between him and Veena, leading to him killing his mother in a fit of wrath.

According to ANI, police have detained the dead son Sachin Kapoor (43) and his servant Chhotu alias Lalukumar Mandal (25) in connection with the famous actress’s death. According to the police, the security supervisor of Kalpataru Society, where Veena Kumar lived, notified Juhu Police on Tuesday (December 6) that the actress had gone missing.
