Konidela Kalyan Babu who is popularly known as Pawan Kalyan is one of the leading Indian film actors and is primarily known for his brilliant work in Telugu cinema. Pawan Kalyan was born on 2nd September 1971 in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh. His father is Konidela Venkat Rao and his mother Anjana Devi. The couple had three children with Pawan Kalyan being the younger member of the family. His elder brothers are actor Nagendra Babu and actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi. His given name was Konidala Kalyan Babu and he later changed it to Pawan Kalyan. He has taken his stage name Pawan from his martial arts presentation event which was titled “Pawan” symbolizing Hanuman. Pawan Kalyan did his schooling and intermediate in his hometown i.e. Bapatla.
Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi:
Pawan Kalyan made his debut in the Tollywood film industry in the year 1996 with the film titled ‘Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi’. The film did good business at the box office with critics praising Pawan Kalyan’s acting and he got recognition for his martial arts performance in the movie.
