Ponniyin Selvan 1 is out now to watch in theatres.

Ponniyin Selvan 1, Mani Ratnam’s biggest work, is out in theatres. PS 1 has been in the works since 2019 and stars Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prabhu, R Sarathkumar, and Vikram Prabhu in significant roles. In a recent interview, Jayam Ravi revealed that both parts of the film were shot in 150 days.

Overall, PS 1 is predicted to earn more than Rs. 20 crore in Tamil Nadu alone, with a worldwide launch day of more than Rs. 40 crore for all editions. We don’t even rule out an opening closer to Rs. 50 crore, since more and more shows are added throughout the world as you read this story.
